Thankful Heart
Was jogging in the park, a lot of things went through my mind. So, my playlist ‘PRAISE JESUS’ was playing as usual. I must say, Christ is ….amazingly wonderful. Before jogging I was in emotion toil and was very stressed. Okay, let’s start by listing down amazing stuffs to be grateful for. 1. Exercising releases endorphins which produces these ‘happy’ hormones. Not only exercising helps us to keep in shape, it also makes us happier. Happy life is key to everything. And our body is designed in this way, wonderfully by God. 2. Thankful for the flaws I have, that I may shine through it and when I overcome it, I am Stronger. 3. Thankful for the problems we are facing now, because once we overcome it by Words of God, we grow stronger and we can be a living testimony. How blessed can that be? 4. Feel your face and every part of The body now. Isn’t it wonderful that God had made every part of us on His image and that the very part you’re touching now, Christ sacrificed His life for? Before I went for the 1 hr jog, my mind was messed up and I hated myself more than anything. However, after jogging I felt like God had touched my life once again. It was really dark and scary but surprisingly I wasn’t afraid. And this thought came into my mind ” Fear not, My Child, for I am with You” and “finding Christ in the darkness”. Not only that, I see that life is like a race. From beginning to Finishing it is really tough, with obstacles coming towards us. But if we face it strong with the knowledge that God is with us, we’ll finish the race with victory with no sweat.
